The walled garden at Wynyard Hall is the perfect venue for an evening of music featuring a fantastic line up of Musicians from the North East, from a magnificent twenty-piece Jazz orchestra to the amazing sounds of Karen Harding. Finger buffet and a glass of wine served before the concert.

PIANOVIBES
Having played in some of the top Newcastle music venues, PianoVibes are a talented duo of piano and vibraphone with beautiful vocals by Emily Granozio, playing variety of music from jazz and blues through to Latin and contemporary tunes.
ARMSTRONG STRING QUARTET WITH SOPRANO SAX
These four classically trained musicians have worked together for many years throughout the Newcastle Music scene, specializing in Jazz versions of modern day hits.
As a one off special they will be performing with a Soprano Sax accompaniment for even more spectacular display.
KAREN HARDING
One of the most exciting voices to come out of the Newcastle music scene for years, Karen has performed throughout the UK at a wide range of events working with the Princes Trust, Eurovision 2010 and alongside Beverley Knight, Errol Brown and Simply Red.
JAMBONE
Jambone brings together the talented young Jazz musicians in the North East and Cumbria. Trained by Dave Hignett and Shaune Eland with opportunities to work with worldwide guest Jazz artists, like Bob Mintzer, Guy Barker, Tim Garland, Marvin Stamm and the Jazz Jamaica Allstars this exciting 20 piece band offers thrilling live performances with three strong horn sections and a driving rhythm section.
Most recently Jambone collaborated with Andy Sheppard, Jazz Saxophonist and composer, ending the project with an inspiring performance as part of The Sage Gateshead’s 5th Birthday celebrations.
