AMV have already re-arranged over 1000 weddings due to the Coronavirus pandemic. We will continue to guarantee any booking made with us, meaning that if you need to reschedule your event, we will work with you to move all your entertainment to your new date, at no extra cost. 


While other agencies may charge a booking fee to secure a date to then put you in touch with an artist directly, leaving you to arrange all the details for your event with the artist, AMV manage all the details of your wedding music right up to the “I Do”.

We’re incredibly proud of our Online Booking System, where you can login, edit, and view every aspect of your booking at a glance and sleep soundly knowing that everything is in hand.

From your dashboard you can enter everything from your first dance and your ideal set times to special requests. You can also query any details and a member of our team can promptly respond to help you out.

We’ve booked thousands of weddings in hundreds of venues, and our office is full of full-time professional musicians, so when it comes to questions about setup times, song lists, insurance, or equipment, we know the score.

Our phones are manned around the clock so you can always get in touch with us. This is a common complaint we hear about when booking an artist direct - the band never reply to your messages immediately. You never have this problem with AMV. Our job is to hold your hand from start to finish. We contact the artist on your behalf, and we can spend our time chasing them up for you, leaving you more time to organise all the other aspects of your special day.



All our acts are vetted by our team and are only accepted onto our agency if we are entirely confident in their professionalism, musicianship, and all round performance. Only the very best acts make it onto our roster, and you can see that from the videos, testimonials and promotional material on our site.

The same standard applies to the equipment and repertoire of our acts. There’s no risk of hiring a band with dodgy speakers or a set full of ballads or jazz epics. All our acts boast top of the range PA systems and light rigs, as well as tried, tested and varied setlists which you can request songs from for your night.

Even in the eventuality that you change your mind and decide you’d prefer another AMV artist over your booked band, providing they are available, we are able to swap your booking over at no extra cost and no deposit to be repaid.



The AMV team are here to help you via phone or online, 7 days a week. We know how important your music is to you and that’s why we treat every booking with the same care and attention to detail as we would our own wedding.

All our artists offer full public liability insurance and all equipment is PAT tested, and we send all the required info to your venue ourselves, so you don’t have to!

With our booking system you are never in danger of hiring a dodgy DJ or band who have double booked themselves. All of our bookings have signed contracts and this ensures you are protected against any hiccups or oversights.

We also insure your entertainment in event of any broken limbs or tonsillitis scares; even if your band can’t perform at your wedding, we will ensure you aren’t left without, which is something you won’t find with any other agency.
