Abbey strings is a two violin duet which can cater for smaller venues and budgets than a String Quartet without compromising on quality. They provide skilful arrangements of the the classical String Quartet repertoire, as well as an ever expanding list of Jazz and Pop arrangements, and where possible will arrange any requests not on their playlist for a small fee.

They pride themselves on providing a bespoke service and tailoring their performance to your needs, adding that personal touch to your special day.

Trained at the Royal Northern College of Music and the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, violinists Jessica Graham and Karen Wigham have over 20 years experience as professional violinists. Alongside working with orchestras such as the Royal Northern Sinfonia, BBC Philharmonic and Halle, they have been playing for weddings, corporate events and private functions all their professional lives whether as soloists, in duets or as a string quartet.
